First, let me be the first to say “Happy Hump Day!” Despite my feeling very “BLAH” this morning, we have successfully made it halfway through this week!!!
Yeah, it’s just one of those morning where I’m not really feeling sick, but I’m not feeling like myself, and I’m sort of hungry, but NOTHING appeals to my taste buds – the “blahs” is what I call them. 😉 In fact, all I REALLY wanna do is curl up on the couch, and rest ’til I feel back to my good ole regular self.
Despite of all of this
madness, I did get up at 5 AM for some treadmill time, although I kept it somewhat light with a 30 min. super incline walking work-out. I figured sometimes you just gotta sweat it out a bit. Soooo yeah… with all that, being said, it’s time for “What I Ate Wednesday”! As always, thanks to Jen for hosting!
And SURPRISE, this is really what I’ve eaten and what I will be eating today… Wednesday! 😉
BREAKFAST, 7:30 AM
Stuck to ‘ole faithful this morning… maple brown sugar oatmeal with a tablespoon of peanut butter, and a few sprinkles of cinnamon. Good stuff!
And in light of “the blahs” today, I’m staying safe with soup and salad for lunch!
LUNCH, 12:30 PM
I’ll also be snacking on a few Goldfish crackers and a granola bar some time throughout this day, more than likely. Thankfully, dinner was pre-made yesterday. I made a simple but tasty pasta dish – whole wheat penne with turkey meatballs in a cheesy tomato sauce.
Can’t wait to get home for some leftovers
and some relaxation time on the couch! 🙂

Normally I do, but I decided to just do a slightly modified workout today, since I had a rest day yesterday.
