What I Ate This Weekend!

Hey folks! I’m back from my vacay in sunny Orlando, FL and decided to do a little something different for “What I Ate Wednesday!” 😉

I had a bunch of great eats this weekend and thought I’d share what I ate (and a few extras), in a world of pictures (in no particular order)! Feel free to smile even though that was completely corny. Lol! I must say that the break visiting family, and also celebrating the 2 year anniversary of the day I first met my hubby, was a blast! I had PLENTY of Rest And Relaxation! …In fact the only real working out I did was walking 5,896,567,345 miles plenty of miles all around Magic Kingdom! 🙂 However, I am back to my other fave form of fitness – running – this morning though! And yes, it’s soooo good to be back! But, on to the fun stuff!

This was our home for the weekend… we had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom resort condo, on the 3rd floor!

On the road to Tallahassee to visit more family, I even got a chance to get fed spiritually by listening to my Pastor’s Sunday message via Livestream!

And there’s never a bad time to fit in a little lunch at Panera some time during a fun weekend!

All in all, it was a great extended weekend spent enjoying time with the hubby’s fam and maximizing some rare but very much needed down time! Happy Belated Memorial’s Day! And a special thank you to all those who served our country (my hubby included)!

  1. Ah! This looks like such a fun trip with YUMMY foods!! i love vacations that are full of walking- you get so much exercise in such a fun way. this weekend was filled with rain and temperatures in the 40s, so there was a lot of movie watching 🙂

    • Yep, walking is so much fun esp when you’r at a fun place or there’s great views! Glad you got lots of movie time this wknd – there’s never a bad time for movie watching, in my opinion! 🙂

  2. Walking around magic kingdom is great exercise, and so fun! I always find it to be exhausting at amusement parks, but in a good way. You get a lot of cardio in without even really noticing! I love that cake pop, it looks adorable! So glad you had some quality family and hubby time! I had to work for half of the weekend, but relaxed for the other half : -)
