Woohoo!! Today is my 5th “What I Ate Wednesday” and I decided to go a little green… Al Green, that is. 😉 Allow me to explain… Some of my most treasured moments are mornings spent with my hubby, fixing breakfast. I still wasn’t too hungry this morning, so a banana with a little organic/natural peanut butter did the trick!

Turkey and cheese sandwich on whole grain sandwich thins… I’ll take it!

Please tell me this plate made you hungry… just a little. Dinner consisted of my Easter dinner leftovers… roasted chicked, garlic & herb potatoes, fresh steamed broccoli and cheese and home-made buttermilk biscuits! Not too shabby, if I do say so myself. Happy Wednesday folks!
